#MotivationalMonday

Updated: Sep 27, 2022

#MotivationalMonday This Monday I hope to motivate you to do a #heartcheck on yourself. Scripture calls us to be the salt and light of the earth, but as I challenged those in attendance at our Bloom Conference this past July, have you ever considered the thought that you might be “too” salty?

What do I mean by this?

Have you ever considered that you might be too holy, too smart, or too accomplished so much so that you’ve become unreachable, unteachable, or uncoachable?

Honestly, I don’t think we could ever be too holy, but I hope you get the point, which is ultimately this: even too much of the good things can become bad. When we begin boasting in all of the things on which we were able to accomplish, rather than the God who made it all possible, we stand the chance of creating and honoring idols of the creation rather than the creator.

So, where’s your heart?

Has it unintentionally swayed to one side over the other? Well if it has, no need to worry, God can lead you home.

This is not to bring shame upon you, but rather help to set you free. Once you’ve regained focus and placed it back on the one true God, watch and see just how much more fruitful you’ll be. Even trees already bearing fruit stand to get pruned so that they bear MORE fruit. During this Arise! season we will be focusing on #heartmatters and highlighting ways to take care of the heart. The first Gathering is this fall in Louisiana, with two more to follow in the spring. Click the following link to register for one of these and see just how tremendously your life changes.

XOXO, Tasha
