Dr. Paula Millsaps is a daughter of the Most High God who was born and raised in North Carolina and is blessed to be the mother of two amazing young adults and has her first grandbaby due in November. She holds a Doctor of Education-Christian Ministry Leadership and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry-Pastoral Counseling through the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University. Dr. Millsaps has the honor of serving as the Founding Director of Joel 2 Missions and as Pastor of the Gathering at J2M in SW PA. Intimate relationship with Papa is her passion and she is humbled as the Lord pours out His glory as the Spirit of the Lord delivers His Word through her with signs and wonders following.
