That 4 letter word mess will have us running when we are to talk about the messy parts of life. Perfectionism likes to show up to cover the messy parts to give an illusion of "I have my life together". But its in embracing the mess that we find space to exist where ever life decides to take us. It helps us break away from the walls that keep us bound, giving us space to experience freedom in a beautiful new way.
